Shanghai Ya Fu Ready-mixed Concrete Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is a sino-foreign joint venture established by Ya Dong  Industrial Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore, in which Asia Cement Corporation of Taiwan-based Far Eastern Group has an equity stake, and Shanghai Fu Tie Long Trading Company Limited.


The Company was established on 22 January 2003, with a business licence valid for 15 years and a registered capital of RMB21 million. The Company was owned as to 65% and 35% respectively by Oriental Industrial Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore and Shanghai Fu Tie Long Trading Company Limited. The Company is engaged in the manufacture, sale and transportation of commercial concrete and high quality cement products.

Approved by Shanghai Municipal Government in January 2007, the shareholding structure of the Company was changed as follows: 50% equity interest was held by Oriental Industrial Holdings Pte. Ltd, Singapore, 35% by Shanghai Ya Li Cement Products Co., Ltd., and 15% by Oriental Holding Co., Ltd. The total investment amount remained at RMB29.5 million.

The Company’s concrete mixing plant was completed and commenced production in April 2004. With a site area of 14,076 m2, the mixing plant has two 2 m3 mixers, 20 mixer trucks, one 37m truck-mounted boom pump and one 45m truck-mounted boom pump. The plant covers most of the areas in Minhang District, Xuhui District, Fengxian District and Songjiang District.
